In case of incorrect shipment of product, which will be due to 247home.gr or its suppliers, the customer will have the right to return the product within 14 calendar days from the day of receipt. The product must be in excellent condition, not used, its packaging must be intact and it must contain the original contents. In this case, the return costs will be borne by 247home.gr. In case the product has been used and 14 calendar days have passed since its receipt, no return is made.
Also in case the customer has made a wrong choice of product or does not want the product, he still has the right to return it within 14 calendar days of receipt and a refund. In this case, however, the return costs to the 247home.gr store are borne by the customer and as in the above case, the packaging and the content of the product must be intact. Otherwise no return is made.
The Company has the products through its website with the relevant manufacturers’ guarantees, where they exist. In case a product shows a defect which is covered by warranty, the shipment of the product for repair to the headquarters of our company, or to the respective dealership, as well as its receipt after repair, will be made at the expense of the customer.
In case of return of the products, and provided that the products have been previously received and checked by 247home.gr, the refund to the customer will be made by canceling the debit of the credit card, (if the payment has been made by credit card) or by depositing cash in the customer’s bank account (if the payment has been made by depositing cash in a bank account or cash on delivery) or electronically via Paypal.
In case an advance has been given, by any method of payment, for an order that contains “special order” products such as e.g. mattresses of special dimensions, there will be no right of withdrawal.
Other returns will not be accepted.
